  • Chef Mike Andrzejewski and his wife Sherri opened their first restaurant, Tsunami in 2001 to much critical acclaim. Later, Mike began Seabar, a contemporary and decidedly upscale sushi bar. In a short time Seabar has become one of the City’s most popular and exciting places to dine. Mike is involved in many local events, charities and educational activities reinforce a commitment to his Buffalo area roots and home.
